Accessibility of the service has been assessed by an external expert organization on January 2020. Improvements to the website have been done according to the assessment report.

Status of accessibility of the digital service

Unemployment fund’s website meets the accessibility requirements partly. Requirements that the law provides are fulfilled to a large extent and there are no critical deficiencies in accessibility.

The most significant deficiencies lie in electronic and PDF forms, which have been published before the accessibility assessment was carried out. Some of these forms do not fully meet the required criteria. They will be made accessible as soon as possible alongside other updates. In future, our aim is that all published content on our website is accessible.

The accessibility statement of our eService can be found here.
