Keep your contact information updated in eService

eService is easy to use when sending applications for earnings-related allowance, attachments to the application or electronic messages. Remember to keep your contact information up-to-date, so that we can be at your service as well as possible also via eService. 

By adding your e-mail address and mobile phone number to the eService you will be notified instantly of messages sent to you in eService as well as, for instance, payment notifications. Also check that your address information and bank account number are correct.

How to add and edit your information in eService

  1. Log in to eService with your online bank credentials or Mobile ID
  2. Move to “My Page” tab
  3. Add your mobile phone number and e-mail address, if you have not done so yet
  4. Check that your bank account number and address information are up-to-date, and update them if needed
  5. Click “Save”

How to choose delivery method of payment notifications

You can also choose, how to receive the payment notifications of the paid daily allowance.

  1. Log in to eService with your online bank credentials or Mobile ID
  2. When you have logged in, eService’s front page will be opened
  3. Click “Settings” found from the front page
  4. Choose, do you want to receive the payment notification only to eService or would you want it to be delivered additionally as a text message or by mail.
  5. Click “Save”
